TITAN’s conversion of École des Beaux-Arts Nantes Saint-Nazaire preserves the historic fabric of the site while adapting it to the school’s new use. The restored warehouse is paired with a glazed façade and carefully placed openings that frame views into the activity inside. A new geometric wing extends the ensemble, bringing in a bright, open-plan studio layout for students and connecting the project’s old and new parts with clarity.
