Through careful and deliberate interventions, the new concept for the reconstruction of the residential development complements the existing structure of the buildings, introducing a new staircase and an elevator in the courtyard providing access to the apartments within the grounds, while the old staircases are demolished to gain floor area. Overall, the building appears contemporary but retains the character of the surrounding neighborhood.
