The new social housing project by TVK occupies a prominent site on the Canal d’Ourcq. The resulting geometry is clearly defined by a Z-shape, thus forming a public place. as part of a wider regeneration of the urban block. Main goal of the design is to encourage the use of open, green spaces, an important part of the busy life in Paris.
