The project is located alongside the old container terminal of the Aarhus harbour. The “new” architecture challenges the “old”, and the main concept resonates the idea of reviving the area and creating a new social and cultural space in the city. The volume appears like a mountain or an iceberg, whose triangular shapes are determined by the site specifics and the arrangement of the apartments. At night, the building becomes a poetic seamark.
