Named after the first President of Côte d'Ivoire and established in 1964, the Félix Houphouët-Boigny University is an impressive 200 hectares academic campus situated in Cocody, Abidjan. It reopens in 2012, after being vandalized following the events of the Second Ivorian Civil War.
