The Youth hostel is designed to become an urban catalyst for this evolving Northern French city. In need of new accommodation to adapting to the sprawling mass of business and touristic visitors, but also facilities for its work force, the hostel integrates a diverse social profile into the neighborhood development, acting as a crossroad to the old city center.
