The concept behind the APM Spacecraft, the Agbogbloshie Makerspace Platform, designed by DK Osseo-Asare and Yasmine Abbas, is reinventing the wastelands of Agbogbloshie and creating better ecosystem for the community. The site is located in the heart of Accra and due to the electronic waste, counts today as one of the most toxic places on earth. The project is a makerspace - an open workshop area that seeks to create a better life for the locals.
