Dom Revolucije

Dom Revolucije is the adaptive reuse of an unfinished Yugoslav-era cultural complex designed by Marko Mušič. The proposal preserves most of the monumental concrete structure as a visible ruin, makes selected areas safe and accessible, and introduces new facilities including a café, auditorium, university offices, commercial spaces and a fitness centre. New internal promenades reconnect the building with Nikšić, transforming a long-abandoned site into an open public landscape.
