Laborde

In the heart of Paris, near Gare Saint-Lazare, Laborde by PCA-STREAM gives new life to the former Pépinière military barracks. Behind the classical presence of the street façade, the project opens onto a quieter world of glass, gardens, terraces, and light. Two architectural eras meet here: the memory of the barracks and the fluidity of a contemporary workplace. Through this transformation, the building becomes less a rupture than a continuation — a careful rewriting of Paris within itself.
