ESPOL — European School of Political and Social Sciences

ESPOL is part of the restructuring of the Saint-Raphaël campus of the Université Catholique de Lille. The project combines a new higher-education building with the rehabilitation of an adjacent historic townhouse, bringing together teaching spaces, offices, social areas and a 240-seat underground auditorium around a renewed campus landscape. Concrete, timber, daylight and planted areas shape the atmosphere, while the environmental strategy includes low-carbon concrete, photovoltaics and other measures developed within the university’s LIVE TREE sustainability programme.
