Allure is a mixed residential project within the ZAC La Madeleine in Rennes, developed as part of the transformation of the former industrial sector around the Pont de Nantes. Designed by TITAN, it combines 49 housing units with a crèche and activity space, contributing to a denser and more mixed urban fabric. The project participates in the wider renewal of the district, where housing, services and public space are being introduced within a rapidly changing metropolitan context.
