Nuances Baud-Chardonnet

Nuances is a residential development in Rennes’ Baud-Chardonnet district, set opposite the Les Plages de Baud and Marie-Claude Vaillant-Couturier parks. The project brings together mid-rise collective housing and townhouses, giving the neighbourhood a layered domestic scale within a dense new urban context. Its composition negotiates between shared living and more individual forms of inhabitation, while remaining closely tied to the landscape edge and to the broader transformation of the former industrial territory along the Vilaine.
