Location: Lille, France

Téranéo is a 6,000-square-metre timber office development within Lille’s Euratechnologies district. Its restrained form helps define the edge of the Grande Pelouse opposite the former Leblan-Lafont textile factory. A woven façade of silver-grey and charred timber changes appearance with the light, while the post-and-beam structure, CLT floors and low-carbon design reconnect the project with the industrial history of the site.
