La Tossée Business Incubator and Silo Parking

Located within the Union redevelopment district in Tourcoing, the project combines an incubator for innovative textile companies with a 450-space multi-storey car park. A peripheral honeycomb structure frees the internal floorplates from load-bearing elements, allowing the parking areas to be converted into offices in the future. Its architecture draws on both the industrial heritage of La Tossée and the imagery of textile production, creating a flexible building that links the site’s history with new economic activity.
