Chapelle International Mixed-Use Development

The Chapelle International development brings together 105 apartments, 19 live-work SOHO units and commercial spaces in two residential towers above a shared base. One tower is marked by a sculptural white concrete exoskeleton; the other uses layered floor plates, terraces and duplex apartments to draw light deeper into the plan. In northern Paris, the ensemble reads as a compact urban composition, balancing housing, work and shared life within a dense new neighbourhood.
