Génicart District Renovation

The Génicart district renovation reworks 709 housing units within one of Lormont’s largest social housing estates. LAN reorganised entrances, façades and building bases to give each residential group a clearer identity, while improving parking, communal spaces and pedestrian circulation. The result is a quieter, more open neighbourhood, where rehabilitation, energy performance and landscape elements are brought into a single architectural reading.
