Van Pelt Housing

Van Pelt Housing is a residential development in Lens, part of the regeneration of a former industrial district. Sixty-nine homes are distributed across six building groups at the edge of a new wooded park, while a landscaped acoustic embankment buffers the site from the nearby motorway. South-east-facing terraces, exterior access galleries and four apartment types give the housing a more varied, house-like character, and a publicly accessible pedestrian route extends the city’s green network through the project.
