Plot #1072

Located in Medawar, near the expanding quarters of Gemmayze and Mar Mikhael, Plot #1072 by Bernard Khoury stands in one of Beirut’s most rapidly changing urban areas. The slim residential tower adds a sharp vertical presence to the dense and uneven skyline. Terrace apartments open toward Beirut, the sea, and Mount Lebanon, while reflective surfaces give the building a smooth, almost abstract quality. Setbacks and suspended elements break the perimeter of the volume, creating loggias, planters, pools, and outdoor rooms that make each apartment read slightly differently.
